What is the rental rate?

A minimum of 2 hours is required for venue rental.

$125 per hour Monday-Thursday

$150 per hour Sunday

$175 per hour Friday-Saturday

 

Is access permitted at the venue after midnight?

Yes, access between midnight and 8:00 a.m. is an additional $75.00 fee per hour to the normal rental rate.

Is alcohol permitted?

Yes, by obtaining a permit at the following link https://abc.nc.gov/Permit/QualificationLSO/.

 

Is outside foot permitted in the venue?

Yes, there is a kitchenette available for food preparation only; no cooking food is permitted.

Is there a kitchen area?

There is a kitchenette area for food preparation only. It is full size refrigerator, commercial grade 6ft stainless steel prep counter, microwave and commercial grade stainless steel double compartment sink. 

 

Are decorations permitted from another vendor?

Yes, no decorations are permitted to be affixed to the wall.

 

Who is responsible for cleaning?

The client is responsible for discarding the trash. The client is responsible for removing and breaking down whatever decorations they bring in. 

There is an onsite attendant that will clean the venue. The venue is responsible for breaking down the decorations installed by venue staff. 

 

Does the client have early access to venue?

The client will have access to the venue 1 hour prior to the contracted time.

 

Does the client have extra time for breakdown?

No, the client must be out of the venue by the time indicated in the contract. If extra time is needed, the hourly fee is due at that time. Partial use of an hour requires full hourly rate payment. 

 

How far in advance should a booking be made?

As early as possible.

 

Can a re-pass be held at the venue?

Yes, to secure for re-pass, call Angela at 910.273.2249.

 

Are food trucks permitted?

Yes, a food truck may be permitted in the parking lot (in front or back). 


How many guests can be accommodated?

Capacity up to 100 seated.

 

What does venue rental include?

The venue rental includes rental of the space, tables, chairs and bluetooth speaker.

 

What does it cost to secure a date?

The total fee required to secure your event date is $300.00
($100 non-refundable deposit and $200 incidental fee). The incidental fee will be returned within 48 hours as long as no damage is accessed.

 

Are there decor restrictions?

NO open flame candles. No use of confetti, glitter, or rice. Sparklers may be used, but only outside of the venue. No tape, wall puddy or any hole punctures to the walls. 

 

Is an appointment required to tour the venue?

Yes. All tours are by appointment only. You can set up an appointment by calling 910.273.2249.

 

Where can I unload and load? 

You will have the ability to park directly in front of the venue for unloading and loading purposes. Catering companies can unload and load at the back entrance. NO parking at the front or back door; 20-minute time limit. 

 

How can I reserve my date?

Dates are booked on a first-come first-serve basis, inquiring about a date does not secure it. Luna Reign does not hold dates, and dates are not secured until all booking requirements have been submitted. A signed contract, non-refundable deposit and incidental fee are required to secure a date and time. 

 

Is a vendor required to be selected from a preferred vendor list?

No, we highly suggest researching reputable and experienced vendors of your choice. You should also consider an insured vendor.

How long is the equipment rental?

For 8 hours, time of drop-off until time of pick-up.

Can an event prop rental be picked up?

No, all event prop rentals must be delivered.

 

Are table or chair linens available for rent?

No.

 

Are charger plates available for rent?

No.

 

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, the fee is based on round trip and market gas prices.

 

Can rentals be used outside?

Yes, depending on the equipment and weather conditions.

Are decorating services available for installs at other venue locations?

Yes, just be sure to secure enough time for decoration installation. 

 

Do you provide catering services?

No, a referral can be provide.

 

Are decorations that belong to another decorator or purchased by the client accepted for use?

No.

 

Are outside event decor installation services available?

No.

Does your company travel?

Yes, there is a associated travel fee applied.
